The Hoover Bagless Commercial Lightweight Vacuum is disappointing. First of all, it's expensive. Second of all, it's louder than most vacuums and does not do proper cleaning. If you are willing to pay one hundred and ninety dollars for a vacuum, you want it to at least work properly. You can purchase other vacuums that work better for a better price or you can purchase an iRobot vacuum for only sixty dollars more. The iRobot vacuum cleans on its own so you don't have to. The Hoover Bagless Commercial Lightweight Vacuum is indeed lightweight and easy to use so that's a positive. However, what good is it to the user if it's easy to use but doesn't work properly? I was very disappointed with this product. The on and off switch is located conveniently near the grip. Some features include a two brush agitator, a one year warranty, four position manual height adjustment, and storage room for the cord near the handle. The Hoover Bagless Commercial Lightweight Vacuum comes in only one color: black. The dirt cup is see through so you will know when you need to dump it out. It's small though so if you have a large home, you will need to dump it out often and that becomes a bit of a hassle. Overall, this product deserves a rating of a two out of five because it is expensive, does not work as well as it promises to, and takes a lot of maintenance. It's not really convenient for anyone and I would only recommend this product to someone if there is no other vacuum available in the store and they need one right away.
