The BowFlex TreadClimber TC3000 is an entry-level TreadClimber, which is a very innovative new machine that manages to bring the features of both a treadmill and a stair stepper or stair climber. The BowFlex TreadClimber TC3000 burns calories via interval training, which is a very effective way of getting a great cardio workout. It lets you perform both running and stair climbing at the same time, as the two platforms on the BowFlex TreadClimber TC3000 moves up and down on their own, operating with the two stairs like two miniature treadmills.

Even if you've used stair steppers and stair climbers in the past but don't like the, because you feel as if they're two hard on your joints, the BowFlex TreadClimber TC3000 will be a great alternative and actually surprise you in many ways. It's a great, effective cardio workout that will make your body fit and toned in no time. It works out your calves, glutes, hamstrings and thighs, without working too hard on your hips, knees or ankles, and not stressing them out. The walking motion is also a lot better than the slightly awkward motion of a low-impact elliptical, and doesn't numb your toes as some cardio machines can. The slightly strange motion can be offsetting, but you'll get used to it in no time, and provides an amazingly effective workout.

Despite how effective the BowFlex TreadClimber TC3000 is, it's not necessarily going to work for everyone. It can be slightly complex, with some mechanical problems that can come up. There are a great deal of different resistance levels that can be changed really easily by just dialing the knob on the side of the machine to change the intensity of your workout. It also has a very powerful motor, allowing you to go to up to a speed of four miles an hour. The LCD control allows you to see speed, distance, time and the calories you burn, as well as steps taken.
