Black & Decker DCM1375 Versa Brew Plus Coffee Maker
It's Durable After Years You Just Want It To Stop Working

I grew up around people who love drinking coffee so I am a coffee drinker myself. Once I get out of bed, I walk straight to the kitchen and brew my coffee. I like the aroma of the coffee first thing in the morning, and my day is not complete without drinking a cup of coffee while reading the newspaper and eating my breakfast.
A coffee lover must have a coffee maker of course, unless you want to go to a café every morning which is not practical. I have a Black & Decker DCM 1375 Versa Brew plus Coffee Maker for almost 6 years now. Is it still working? Definitely and I'm getting tired of it but I can't just throw it. I take care of my kitchen wares and appliances really good. No matter how old my coffee maker is...you can't say it's already old although I use it every day. I don't brew a whole pot of coffee, just a couple in the morning and a couple at night. That's it and I wash the pot every time I use it and dry it properly.
Why do I like this coffee maker? It can hold 12 cups, it has extra features like the sneak-a-cup-interrupter wherein you can take the carafe off the hot plate and pour your first cup of coffee without waiting for the whole pot to finish brewing. I seldom use this feature since I only brew 2 cups anyways but it's nice to have it when you have visitors and brewing 12 cups. Anyone can just pour his or her own cup without having to wait.
It has a Led timer and clock which is working fine, but I already have the clock from my stove and microwave in the kitchen so I doesn't really matter. I just un-plug my coffee maker after I use it.
Since it has a programmable timer option, you can brew your coffee anytime. It has also a flavor selector switch button to which you can brew your coffee mild or strong but it doesn't produce any taste difference. The flavor selector is actually useless.
One thing which I don't really like about this coffee maker is the hot plate---it stains or rusts and I can't remove it no matter how I try. It's been six years anyways I guess it's time to get a new one.
Over-all this coffee maker is durable for only $25.00 and it's highly recommended.
