The Xerox DocuMate 262 is able to handle all kinds of high-speed scans - averaging over 30 pages a minute, or nearly 70 images a minute. This is an incredible rate, and this may be important to you if you happen to have a great deal of photographs to scan. The Xerox DocuMate 262 also scans at 200dpi, and has incredibly sharp resolution when it comes to a sharp, color images. The Xerox DocuMate 262 also has its very own optical character recognition software, which helps to add document that you have scanned directly into Microsoft Word.

The Xerox DocuMate 262 also features it's very own patented One Touch scanning, which allows you to already select any destinations for everything that you scan, which the Xerox DocuMate 262 will take complete care of.

Installing the scanner is incredibly simple - you can plug in the USB cord into your computer, and simply pop the disc into your computer to install any software that you will need.

While the Xerox DocuMate 262 may be a little bit much for the average user, if you have a great deal of photographs and documents this is the scanner for you.
