I bought this copier along with other machines when I redid the office at my small business and it has quickly become the star of the office machines.

I have had bad experience with printers in the past. They are always jamming or running out of toner or just simply not working. This machine has worked great for the year I've owned it.

I love the print capacity. Documents come out clear and clean and, most of all, fast. Although the printing works really well, I mostly use the copier for copying. The feeder takes up to fifty sheets at a time. I hardly ever have problems with the copy function, no matter how many pages I put in the feeder. Things hardly ever jam or come out askew or crumpled. The copies, even the color copies, come out crisp and fresh. Toner is inexpensive, which is wonderful.

The fact that it can be run through a LAN network is great for the way our office is arranged. The scanner will scan to email which, once I started using it, turned out to be an amazing feature.

For having a lot of great features, the machine is still compact, which is great when you're trying to save space, as I am. Though its not as compact as some regular consumer copiers, it's absolutely smaller than many comparable products.

My only real concern is with the construction. Though the main section of the machine is solid enough, I am concerned about the trays. They are flimsy and most just snap into place. If nothing gets near the machine and there is no danger of it being bumped, then the trays will probably be fine. However, in my tiny office, where people inevitably bump into things all the time, the trays are an issue.

Beside that fairly minor design problem, them machine is well worth the money and definitely great for a small office.
