Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500

Rating: 5 out of 5
  • Currently 5.0/5.0

The Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500 is a great scanner you should look into investing in if you are looking for the perfect scanner for an office space. The Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500 is intended to scan documents, rather than photographs, so if you are looking for a scanner that will save both precious photographs and documents from dust and debris, and are looking to store them on your computer you may want to consider a scanner that is not the Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500. The Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500 has a very low resolution, and you definitely will not be able to get a great quality scan with the Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500. It's best to avoid scanning photographs with this scanner if it is at all possible.

Another great thing about the Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500 is that it does not take up too much space at all on a desktop, making it even better for an office space setting. This is really the ideal scanner for any office, as it has so many capabilities that they can find useful, and the fact that the Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500 does not scan photographs too well will not really impact any purchase for an office.

One complaint about the Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500 is that it does not allow for any third party applications - however, Fujitsu did a great job of providing all kinds of different applications. These include a card reader, a document organizer, as well as a program that will allow you to edit any .PDFs your scans may become later on. Fujitsu has done a great job of providing consumers with virtually anything they'd need that might be provided by another third-party application.

Overall, the Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500 has received all kinds of rave reviews from all kinds of technology publications and reviewers.
