Although the Volkswagon Beetle is fun and cute, it is not the most safe car. It attracts more of a female audience, yet their are male owners from time to time. The car is aimed at a younger crowd, however their are drivers who are middle aged or older. All Volkswagon Beetles are coupes so they are not reliable family cars and they are not spacious. The trunk and back seat are both pressed for space and not too comfortable. Like many other German cars, if anything goes wrong with it, the parts are expensive to replace. The tank will last the average driver about a week and costs about thirty five dollars to fill. If involved in an accident, the car is more susceptible to damage because it's smaller than most cars. When my 2008 Volkswagon Beetle was involved in a four vehicle accident, it was the only car that was given a salvaged title. Now that the negative has been established, there are also plenty of positive aspects to this car. They come with many luxury features such as leather seats, seat warmers, a great sound system, sun roof, and more. They also include other basic features that all cars include; for instance, they have AM/FM radio, CD players, auxiliary cords, cup holders, and light up mirrors. Because it's small, it's very easy to fit into small parking spaces which is a plus for any driver. The Volkswagon Beetle is a 5 cylinder car; it's quick and easy to drive on both the streets and the freeway. You get the feel of a luxury car without paying the high price for it. The Volkswagon Beetle starts at about seventeen thousand dollars and increases in price depending on the features you choose to add. Another added bonus about this car is you can choose any color you want from green to pink to yellow or any other cotton candy color you'd like. A Volkswagon Beetle is probably the only car you can buy in purple and not look strange. Overall, like any other car, it has its' positives and negatives, but in the end it's a great car.
