The Brinkman stainless steel grill is a great bar-b-que has a large grilling area, a smoker, a side burner and a rotisserie. It has classic good looks and with the stainless steel finish, it looks great in the backyard.

The Brinkman grill has 5 stainless steel burners totaling 50000 BTU. It has a 12000 BTU side burner for cooking side dishes. The 10000 BTU main burner has plenty of heat to grill the thickest piece of meat possible or you can turn them down until you could also cook the most delicate meats and vegetables. The 7500 BTU is ideal for the vertical smoker this burner has just enough power to get your smoking going quickly and then cool it down to keep the proper amount to keep the smoke going. The last burner is a 12000 BTU burner for the rotisserie, this is great for whole chickens.

The Brinkman grill has so many cooking option and you can switch quickly from smoking, rotisserie or just plain grilling. The ease of switching from one cooking mode to another makes making many different main dishes for a family gathering a snap.

The Brinkman with it's side burner, the Brinkman make sit easy to cook a whole meal in the back yard. This helps keep the heat out of the the kitchen during those hot summer days. Everyone will appreciate this feature and so will you when the electric bill comes in. This burner with the 12,000 BTU burner will heat any pan up fast and cook like you were on a regular stove top.

The Brinkman Grill has an electric start system. This is such a great improvement over the old spark start system. This starting system uses a battery to create an electric arc through the gas flow, similar to the ignite r system in your gas range or heater system.

The stainless steel finish makes it easy to keep the exterior clean, the finish just wipes off with a damp cloth. The coated grills have a non stick coating on them, but it helps to use a bar-b-que cooking spray so that when the grills have cooled you can just take a water hose and wash them clean, no hard work involved.

This grill converts, with a conversion kit, to natural gas. The Brinkman Grill works great with the conversion to natural gas. This is a great option you will never need to worry about running out of gas.
