Mitsubishi HC4000

Rating: 4 out of 5
  • Currently 4.0/5.0

Projectors have now become very essential for business men and academics alike. most of then use it for presentation. I know that when we had our high school collage picture show we use one of these. With the creation of portable LCD projectors it is now easy and convenient to present information with visual accompaniment. Most of these projectors are however expensive which is understandable considering the technology involved.
Mitsubishi HC4000 for example is a home theatre projector with 1080p DLP. It houses a DarkChip 3 DLP chip which has enhanced the contrast produced by its predecessors. Considering that the previous model was already pretty good; this one is even better.
This model is perfect as a ceiling mount because it lacks any form of lens shift. Its zoom feature of 1.5:1 zoom is pretty handy in making sure that the angle of the projection is not too distorted despite the distance of the device from the screen.
The projector produces great quality pictures. The colors and projected images are vibrant and clear. The projector is like wise sharp and very clear. Moving pictures will remain clear unlike other projectors where blurring will normally occur. It also has pretty long lamp life with an estimated 3,000 hours in high lamp mode and 5,000 hours in eco-mode.
One drawback of the device though is that it only has one HDMI port. Since so many devices uses HDMI today it might prove to be a problem.
All in all though, the Mitsubishi HC4000 is still a really good and competitive projector. It does not sacrifice quality and despite its price of $1,299 it remains to be one of the best. Considering how much projectors cost this amount, although it may seem steep, is still competitive because of the quality it provides.
