The beginning of every New Year always motivates me to want to start some kind of new exercise program. My doctor has been telling me for years now that I need to lose a few pounds and I agree with him every time he makes a statement like that. I have wanted to get a Treadmill for some time now so I could walk in the convenience of my own home with out the worry of the weather or the impact that walking on pavement has on your ankles and feet.
I found the NordicTrack T5 zi Treadmill model (24955) on sale at my local Sears store for $499 so I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to buy that treadmill I've always wanted. The NordicTrack treadmill offers great comfort and a variety of workout options for any level from beginner to the more experience.
It is equipped with IFit workout card technology which allows you to personalize your workout level. It is designed by a certified personal trainer and gives you eight weeks of goal oriented workouts right on your treadmill. I absolutely love the options and features the NordicTrack T5 Treadmill offers me with eight calorie burning workouts and eight timed workouts. It has a one touch speed control setting and a one touch incline control setting so you can personalize your workout however you want to.
It has a powerful 2.8 horsepower motor and has a place for you to dock you iPod so you can listen to your favorite motivational workout music in the comfort of you own home. I would recommend you to buy a floor mat if you are using this on laminate or hardwood flooring because it will scuff up your flooring and it's worth the extra money to save your flooring. I would recommend the NordicTrack T5 zi Treadmill model (24955) and give it a 4 star rating out of 5 stars.
