You may have family coming over for a special dinner. You want something you can rely on. The problem may be, if what you have isn't cutting it or if it's dirty/old and you just don't want to deal with it.

No problem. If you don't want to spend a whole lot of money, you're in luck.

The Good: Quickly heats up, gives you plenty of heat also. Burners 2 different sizes. Liking the price, $239. Steel and very easy to clean. Name brand known for awesome products, GE.

The Bad: It's electric. Burns a lot of electric if used a lot. Electric stove tops have a higher percentile in causing small kitchen fires.

Overall rating of this product. Including cost, performance, brand. "2.9+++."

Comparing to other units, this is a good unit, regardless it's electric or not.
