This microwave oven came with our home when we purchased it 6 six years ago. It has been a very reliable product for us and has never broken or not worked for any reason. The microwave is very easy to use. We especially like all the auto setting buttons. For example if you want to just put something in the oven for 30 seconds you only have to hit start. To add additional minutes or seconds you just keep hitting the start button. You can also type in the exact number of minutes and seconds you want and simply hit start after that. The popcorn auto button is one of our favorites. You can put any sized bag of popcorn into the microwave and hit the popcorn button. It comes out perfectly every single time and our kids can do it, which is nice. It has auto buttons for defrosting meats, reheating foods and automatically rotates the plate inside it so the food cooks evenly. It also has a sensor inside it if you don't know how long you should heat something and it works just great. The design is a nice. It's stainless steal and is actually built into our island in the kitchen so it doesn't take up counter space or oven space. Because of where it is, it's also very easy to clean it out. The plate that rotates comes right out and washes off easily with warm water. The inside cleans very easily with warm water or even a spray cleaner. As far as safety we haven't had anything happen that worries me for safety - even when we've cooked something for too long. For pricing, it's a little more expensive than some of the other brands. You can purchase this one for $800 and others that aren't built in can be as cheap as $99.99. This product is well worth it, though.
