Hamilton Beach 43254 Ensemble 12-Cup Coffeemaker

Rating: 4 out of 5
  • Currently 4.0/5.0

I bought the Hamilton-Beach coffee maker following reading a couple of critiques for it along with other comparably priced appliances. I had owned a Cuisinart coffee maker that died, but had been problematic all along, and I was reluctant to purchase an additional of the exact same. Most of the H-B reviewers agreed concerning the product's advantages and drawbacks. The drawbacks had been extremely few--there are some minor style flaws, but absolutely nothing egregious--and reviewers consistently agreed that the H-B produced coffee at a extremely hot temperature and maintained that. That was what sold me on the H-B.

I owned it for about six months now and was not disappointed per se. I believe the H-B coffee maker provides a great worth and great style for its cost. It does not have a great deal of bells and whistles, but for me that is an benefit. I do not want a coffee maker that buys and grinds the beans, fills itself , and makes coffee at precisely 7.45 a.m. Those sorts of appliances have too numerous flaws, in my opinion, too numerous moving parts (hence issues that will go incorrect), and too numerous functions that I by no means use. I would suggest this to anybody who desires a user-friendly appliance at a fair cost.

Within the finish, I ultimately moved away from such a big coffee maker (this model makes 12 cups) simply because I'm the only coffee drinker within the home. This unit was given to a buddy and I'm extremely pleased with my single-cup maker and I do not believe I'll be going back anytime soon. As far as I know, my buddy is extremely content material with this model also and we have comparable opinions about it. This is really a no-nonsense coffee maker that would fit nicely in a great deal of people's kitchens. Prior to my alter of heart, it did a stunning job for me.
