Jasun Ceramic Electric Space Heater NSB-200C1

Rating: 4 out of 5
  • Currently 4.0/5.0

The Jasun Ceramic Electric Space Heater, model number NSB-200C1 is a 2000 W space heater that is safe and fairly efficient. One of the biggest complaints about space heaters is the amount of electricity they use, causing energy bills to sky-rocket and fuses to blow in the home. The Jasun heats small areas without using too much power and it can be run with other appliances, like hairdryers and curling irons. The heater is ideal for bathroom heating, but lacks the power to heat open areas. I have no vent in my master bathroom, so the only heating source when the door is closed, aside from the steam of the shower, is the electric heater. There are times that the room is too warm by the end of a shower or bath, so the heater is doing a great job warming the space. The model is very reasonably priced and I purchased mine half-off at an end of season sale.

The heater features overheat protection, so users do not have to worry about the appliance getting to hot. There is a temperature setting, but I have only ever used the heater on the highest setting. The fan also functions at two levels, but again, I only use it at the highest setting. The controls to make the changes sit on top of the heater, which is a column shape. Changing the fan or temperature heat is easy. The heater oscillates about 180 degrees, helping with heat distribution throughout the room. Another great safety feature is the way the only part of the heater that gets hot is the front heating element. This makes the appliance even to move, even when in use and it also means there will be no injuries or accidents if someone bumps the heater.
