I never would have purchased such an expensive stroller for myself. This was a baby shower gift from both my husband's mother and mine. At over $300 (I priced it on eBay and Amazon) it is way out of our budget and three times what we paid for the strollers we've had for our other two children. That being said, I was awfully excited by the gift, as the stroller is very beautiful and stylish in a modern, contemporary way. I also loved that it was pink, as we were having our first girl.
That being said, I loved a few things about this stroller. The most important one, I think, was that I could open and close it with one hand. Any mom will attest to the value of that feature. When you have a diaper bag, purse, car keys and baby to deal with, being able to open or close the stroller with one hand is a huge bonus.
I also really liked the safety harness on this stroller. It has a five-point harness, which is nice to have. I don't know that it's more necessary than the standard one or two point harnesses that are more common, but it is a nice feature if you have toddlers who like to squeeze out of the restraints. Mine have always been fairly happy to ride around in thier strollers, so perhaps I've been lucky.
There really isn't anything that I would say against the stroller, other than it can sometimes be difficult to turn ad maneuver around tight corners. It didn't happen all that often, but for this kind of price point, it seems like it shouldn't be an issue at all. Other than that, it's an excellent stroller. I just don't think it's a worthwhile stroller for the money.
