It does feel good to know I am not the only one who misses out on some products. Cascade has been selling rall green boxes of powder for a good while. And Palmolive sold Echo gel. I used it for some time until our maintenance man siad powder is easier on the machines. Sems h was right. No more problems after I switched to the powder. In fact, I still have a bottlle of Echo under the sink. Holding it for emergency. "Be Prepared"

Sorry, I misspelled. Palmolive Eco. I should use it and get rid of it. It did work well.

On the other hand, elbow grease also works and is much, much cheaper.

Those pods stink to high heaven. We both got sick as soon as we opened the the container they came in. Those are some harsh chemicals. Back to the old style with liquid soap.

Early in the Covid crisis when I wasn't going to grocery stores, my shopper got some sort of things to use in the dishwasher and also pods for laundry. The dishwasher things weren't too bad, they fit in the little container and did the job okay. But I went back to Cascade and I don't know why, just seems easier somehow and I know it works well.

The pods for laundry are another story. They are bright blue and they stink! Ew. Another thing is that you have to use the whole thing even if you are only washing one thing. With regular stuff you can control how much you use. I've only used about two of these stupid things.

I didn't realize that. I only buy them once in a while and never thought to really read the packaging, Thanks.

We use Finish

https://www.finishdishwashing.com/pr...in-1-detergent

Ever since we started using that not only do dishes come out better but our dishwasher started to have less problems.... can't explain why.
