I think I am developing paranoia and severe depression due to hating my skin color. Is there any hope for me? What would you do if you experienced this issue?
No I do not have vitiligo. I have very dark skin. My skin also tans in the summer. I am naturally dark, but now I'm getting worried with summer approching, because I always get two shades darker.
I never used sunblock in the past, but I have started using the SPF 100 sunblock in the hopes of keeping any additional color off of my skin. I am petrified that I will be blue black soon.

Seek professional help.
Paranoia and severe depression are treatable mental health conditions.
There is no cure for your problem unfortunately. I saw a therapist for it briefly and she was of no help. The only thing you can do is to accept the low status of your skin tone or change it through skin bleaching. Those are the only two options.
It's not all that to be pale you know. If I go in the sun I burn to a crisp, turn bright red, flake, peel, and go white again.
Plus there's exactly zero exotic about being a pale whitey whose ancestors are stumpy, pink coloured, toothless scottish/english peasants.
Have some pride in who u r!! I'm Irish-American and couldn't be more proud to be who I am!! Put some sunblock on next time u go out in the sun!!
