This is a very interesting article, but I have to admit that now that I have read it, I cannot stop thinking about the Weeds episode where Silas and Doug get in a fight and Doug insults Silas by calling him "Mormon Face!"
I worry about stuff like this getting into the popular media (facial glow - I have to wonder broadly about Californians or those who live in sunnier climes) and how this may reflect the ideas of Bertillon, who was popularized in the late 1800s for a disreputable method. How is this not unlike profiling? When we do it in a good way, is it benevolent? Or if we only do it in a bad way, is it pejorative? My jury is not voting on this one.

Sorry; people suck and love to pass judgement over others. That's just the way it goes in this screwed up existence.
Veterinarians do this with dogs. For instance, wide faced dogs (bulldogs) tend to have calmer, amiable personalities, whereas narrow faced dogs (german shepards, collies) tend to be more high strung and aggressive.
