Anyone here who feels that they don't want to be their gender of birth, but don't want to be the other gender either? I am one of those people. Are there any options for people like me? Do gender neutral communities exist?

Closest thing I can think of is asexuality.

I am actually asexual, but sexuality and gender are two different wires.
Gender neutral people, where are you?

I totally understand how you feel. Sometimes it feels the human race is too split/divided by gender: especially by those who emphasise the differences between the two. I wonder if your brain is quite 'gender neutral.' I don't often think of myself as 'male' or 'female' but just a conscious entity. I think you live in quite a good time in history in that respect, as gender roles aren't as fixed as certain times in the past. One could sport an androgynous look. Just be yourself, I say....your gender doesn't define who you are, it's just a happenstance of nature.

I think there are people everywhere who are sort of androgynous. Not so much an isolated "community" but pockets where gender is just not important. Men who seem a little effeminate, women who seem a little masculine, and people who you really can't tell what gender they are.
But since you mentioned elsewhere that you're very tall, I'm sure that no one would not recognize you're a man. But being more androgynous or gender-neutral should not be a problem. Hell, there was a time when if women wore pants people said they were "trying to be men." We've come a long way since then.

So who do you have sex with? Men or women?

Yep.
Funnily enough my height has been the one sole thing to prevent me going further. Being tall is one hell of a curse. I can't say I haven't had many dark thoughts because of it. I would rather be short and obese, as at least you can lose weight.

Asexuality - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Here might be a place to start on your journey. The article states that:
A study in 2004 placed the prevalence of asexuality at 1%.[7][10] You can see that this statistic is footnoted. I think you might find some good source material in the article. But the low percentage of asexuals in the population tells you that there aren't that many who id themseves that way.
I do not dispute your feelings about yourself. But I do wonder if you've sorted out how you feel with a professional? As always, I feel that we need to know how to think about things, more than we need a pat solution presented to us. Right now you feel frustrated about yourself and your position in society. So I am suggesting that if you haven't done this already, you find a sympathetic professional to assist you as you explore how you want to interact with the world.
Do please know that most of us experience alienation and a sense of loss about ourselves. So your feelings are not unique. I do understand that your understanding of yourself is unique. Please find someone to talk with you about these issues. Please take care of yourself.

Many men would love to be tall. You have no idea.
