That's great! It's a positive outlook for me as well. I feel a lot less weighed down by life when I view stress as a positive motivator. The more I do this, the better I feel and the more habitual it becomes. I think the view we have of ourselves makes a big difference in our health, body and mind.

I didn't read the article, but I have to say I already disagree with this idea. I used to not believe stress leads to physical ailments and long-term mental health concerns. I used to believe that stress was "all in the mind" and temporary. That is until those things happened to me. Stress crept up on me and worked its magic. I wasn't sitting there thinking "I'm stressed" or being scared of stress, because I did not believe it was a threat. Well now I know better.
