I think the only matter of concern is that you took the time to write out a fake story about a panty thief. That's not normal.
What happened between him having his own apartment and him moving in with you? Are you married? Does your husband have an opinion about any of this? Or did you not think to include a husband/father character in this random tale?

A few months ago, I found stolen panties in my 24 year old son's apartment. There were even pantyliners and maxi pads (new) there (why!?).He told me he stole them from the apartment's laundry room. I bagged them up,and threw them all out. Must have been around 90 to 100 pairs.
Not much else was said. I asked my sister, and she told me about "Panty Raids" and that he probably masturbated in them. He also hasn't had a girlfriend since High School, and that only lasted 1-2 months.

I think it's odd he's stealing clean panties and pads. I mean, what is the appeal in that? I think the general idea of messing with panties, pads, tampons, or whatever is an unhealthy way of getting intimately close to women. So if there's no woman on the cloth or whatever, what's the appeal? I don't get the clean part. At any rate, it sounds like your son has a problem and is unable to connect or get close to women. At some point in the future, if that doesn't change, he may become majorly depressed. Although it sounds like he hasn't had much of a taste of being close to a woman anyway, so maybe he won't miss what he hasn't really experienced? If I were you or knew him, just out of curiosity I'd ask him what it felt like having the GF when he did and if he liked being physically close to her (even just holding her) and if he desires that. Then I'd ask him if he feels he's unable to go out and get that. It's interesting you found this stuff in your son's apartment. He didn't have the stuff hidden? You just happened to find it all?
If this son of yours can sniff through your under wear & his sister's. He is very well capable of raping you. I would report his theft to the cops. Theft is theft!
Are you sure about this? I assume you mean capable as in his psychological makeup as indicated by his stealing panties, etc. would suggest he's also a person capable of the act of rape. Maybe you're right, I'm not sure, but it sort of seems like somebody doing that would be weak and not likely to be aggressive.
