This is the psychology forum. It's OK to discuss the relationship between psychology and swaggering behavior. Odd displays get the attention of other people because it sends a message. I remember from Navarro's book, that the walk of another person contributes to recognizing them at a distance.
If someone walks odd enough, I will wonder what they are thinking. No need to squash this curiosity or demonize it.
