It hurts my feeling and makes me feel guilty when i get aggressive with people. I don't like it at all! but, i have been taken advantage of due to not being assertive enough by idiots. Is their a such thing as having a personality disorder like i am or is it not. ?
I don't know how old you are but this sounds no different than typical young shyness.
Don't ever feel guilty for telling someone off if they have wronged you. People can seriously suck sometimes. Why would you even care what people think of you? As adults we are all just tiny specs on this world. No one should matter enough to you to make you feel bad about telling them off if they are rude.
No im not but what i mean is is that people. When people push me to be aggressive like being rude
It makes me feel bad and guilty to yell? Not sure if its because my mom taught me to be nice and to go by the rules but i have always been this way.
Hmmmmmm..........I was in the Job Corps dorms for awhile. I'm not a fighter......but most of these people were and would push push push. So I got the idea to fake a couple fits (yelling, overturning trash cans, 'getting in someone's face') and you know what? It worked! The harrasment stopped! So I say all that to say, some people on this planet.......that's all they respond to. So don't feel bad if you find yourself in a situation where being aggressive is called for.

You seem to be using the terms 'aggressive' and 'assertive' interchangeably, but they are two different things. This is a good article that lists the differences:

Ok well i was not aggressive like them, like i was not using aggression like they would (extreme aggression with no fear but not violence). They would use it to get their way and i could never figure out why some people are so desperate in like that. Its like they would "Take candy from a baby"!
