You don't "have to" though. You might have a porn problem or something. Seems a common problem nowadays & supposedly leads to increased difficulty in erection & ejaculation & also social anxiety.

Why do some guys on this forum say they masturbate every day, but then when the frequency-of-sex question comes up, they all say 3-4 times/week is enough? From reading this forum, you'd come away convinced it's women who need sex more than men. I don't get it.
Of course SOME women desire and enjoy sex! But to go as far as to say "just as much" as men (in general) simply isn't true.
A healthy man has 10x more testosterone and just about the same amount of estrogen as women. So typically a mans sex drive is far superior than a woman's.

Someone pointed out quite insightfully, I thought, on another thread that women's "high drive" manifests as needing greater frequency, while men's "high drive" means it drives them crazy when it hits, but even so, they're content with less frequency. So men's drive is about intensity, while women's is about frequency of sex.
For women, the larger question isn't about comparative sex drives, it is about how well a man satisfies his partner(s). This is about communication and learning. Of course, it works both ways, but i think women are better listeners and learners (and teachers).
