How do you really know that you are enjoying your life? Please refrain from one word answers such as content.

Thanks

I guess when you just feel good - happy - laughing - nothing is troubling you - you feel glad to be alive - moments of pure joy - not every minute of every day but at least these feelings come often

When people enjoy their lives they don't stop and think they're just in the moment, engaging in life in a passionate and purposeful way.

When someone enjoys their life, there's an energy and vibration about them that is authentic, true, real, genuine, and engaging.

You can tell they won't settle for mediocrity, but strive for improvement in a creative goal oriented way (even if it's as simple as taking care of their own child).

They emanate joy and radiate happiness.

When you feel that your life is in balance. There will be periods of high and periods of low but by and large you are more often returning to the midpoint of peace and calm.

You routinely go to bed at night looking forward to the next day. And sleep well.
