I'm just trying to imagine how big "her" breasts would have to be to hit her in the face in such a terrible and unpreventable tube top accident.

When I was 17, I went to a water park with my friend. I went down a slide that landed in the kiddie pool area. Because of how rough the ride was, my boobs popped out of my tankini. I was embarrassed and the mom's thought I did it on purpose. I was confront by a mom, and I told her it was an unintended incident. She refused to believe me so I said, "Your kids sees your t*ts on a daily basis when you breastfeed your baby." She was wearing a t-shirt and you could see the milk leaking through.

ETA: OP, take your pick.
Santa Cruz Board Beachwalk is a little over an hour outside of San Fran and open on the weekends. However, it's in the 60s.

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom is open on the weekends and is 40 minutes outside of San Fran.

Hmm seems like trolling. Surely even northern CA would be too cold to be wearing only a strapless dress to an outdoor theme park?
