Do dogs dream? YES!
In fact, all mammals dream. This includes cetaceans (dolphins, whales, etc.) whose concurrent needs for sleep AND oxygen AND dreams have created an ingenious solution. For the sake of brevity I won't expound on this here. Just Google for "do dolphins dream" and follow the yellow-brick road...
