My friend sent me an article he read that argues that women, in general, are not selfish in bed. The author states that though women may seem selfish and demanding on the surface, they merely need men to "warm them up." Men, on the other hand, are visual creatures who need only see the woman disrobe in order to become aroused. Here's the link: Are Women More Selfish in Bed Than Men?
My friend thinks otherwise. He says he puts in a lot of effort (oral, foreplay, massages, etc.) and can't get her to reciprocate.
What do you think? Is it safe to say that if a woman isn't reciprocating, then she is selfish in bed? Do some women try to get away with this?
We need more information - specific information as to what your friend considers "reciprocation" to be?
What specifically is he expecting her to do? And what specifically is she not doing?
(Knowing men, I would guess he is asking her to do things she does not want to do - like "backdoor" or "preform oral sex" on him. Or could be some sort of "fantasy role playing" which your friend might be embarrassed to talk about [whips and chains and so forth...])
And women are different from men. While a good time to him may be plenty of the above, then when done fall asleep, a good time to her may be being held, kissed, and cuddled all night! Maybe lit candles lit all over the place (My best friend [male] HATES candles, but his wife loves them. )
