As a guy sure I get it, and I am not talking about changing from towel to clothes.
Why do guys walk around naked in the locker room no towel. Most of them obese too The worst are the old, obese guys that stand there shaving with their junk touching the counter WTF

Back in the day, boys typically got naked in the locker room after P.E. or other physical activity so that they could take showers and clean up. That didn't generally happen in my school unless you played a varsity sport that had morning practices.
Consequently, I think most younger men aren't accustomed to being around a bunch of naked men. Older men grew up this way, so it's normal for them. They're used to a more communal environment.
There are creepy old guys at every gym that do this. At one of the gyms I used to go to, the locker room was shaped like a rectangle with a row of lockers in the middle, so it made a sort of "Racetrack".
There were old naked guys who walked laps around it. They were there doing it when I came in and they were there doing it when I left 2+ hours later. Same guys.

Exactly. What I think is weird is how "private" younger guys are. Why so so uneasy about being seen naked? The gyms I have been in (including pools) have one big shower with many shower heads instead of private stalls.
Never visit Europe - lots and lots of naked people in locker rooms and shared showers.
It makes more sense as the overly prude people who go fully dressed in the shower stall, close the curtain, undress and hang the clothes over the curtain area and shower. I always wonder how they can get back in their dirty clothes and also, don't these clothes get wet from showering??
We were born naked, nothing wrong with it.
