Other than a couple annoyances, I have had no ill effects of increasing from 50mg to 100mg for social anxiety and OCD. Maybe my psychiatrist is not so bad.

100 mg is fine for Zoloft. The max dose is 100 twice daily, not to exceed 200 mg in one day.
I've been taking 300 mg per day for about 19 years, but I have major depression. It works. Anything less and I drift over into the dark side and start thinking about tall buildings. I think you're doing great!
