This for me. I love digital coloring. But I color anime stuff, or manga stuff I should say. I am not the best at it, since I had to teach myself. So I do as well as I can on my own. I would love to meet someone who could help me improve, like the artwork I see online. But may be a while.

One of my digital colorings here.

It's a hobby I have had a while. I am sure it's boring or geeky for most, but I guess I am a geeky person. In fact, I know I am lol

I grew up on video games, comics, and cartoons.

I still draw and play video games to this day. I am always talking about downloading some old games I used to play as a kid, and I STILL watch cartoons I watched when I was child. I don' think there is anything wrong with it at all. Most people I know think it's cool I still like stuff like that.

I love to draw anime and I am planning to go to school for either sequential art or graphic design in the near future. I actually have a few sketches posted on here as a matter of fact.

"Do you engage in activities for that some think are childish?"

Of course. Why does it matter what others think of my activities? As long as I'm paying my own bills and not doing anything illegal, their opinions don't mean a thing to me.

All the damn time, and I'm married to someone like that too.

We jump in bouncy houses, play tag, watch cartoons, skip and prance around, have food fights, and have very immature humor at times. We also are doing some fancy coloring books.

We're basically two very tall 3 year olds.... lol

Of course we do have more grown-up interests as well, and can and do behave like 'proper' adults when needed.

I have a lot of coloring books that have pictures that are reproductions of famous works of art, famous people throughout history.

Bellerophon makes some neat ones, they have Renaissance paintings, Monarchs of England, Henry VIII's Wives, Presidents and First Ladies, etc.

I like to keep high-grade, artist-quality colored pencils on hand for coloring.

I am currently sitting in front of a tv like device addressing a message to people I can not see about a topic that will have no impact on the world.

Is that a sufficient answer for the OP?

Hold the phone!
I'm 52 and still collect diecast model cars. I don't "play" with them, in that I roll them across my floor, but I have several display cases that hold my collection - and I also repair/customize the little cars. I have been seeing someone for the past several weeks, who thinks I'm "immature" in doing so - never mind that I have a good job, worked in the same job 20+ years and just a few years away from retirement. I do the things I love. I love the lady I'm seeing, but if she thinks that I'm not good enough for her, see ya!
