What a coincidence !
It's also the bisolar date of the year of the autumnal equinox when it's half day and half night and there is also a half moon out tonight.
I'm sorry the other thread got closed, and I'm sorry that the responders so far think their dismissal is so comical.
I am bisexual, I am only out to people I trust, but as I get older I care less and less who knows.
And probably most of us know bisexual people and don't care. It's hardly some new, riveting information that some people are bisexual. A number of celebrities have come out as bi, and there have been bi characters on TV shows ("Thirteen" on House, for example.).
However, the comical remarks probably come from the idea that there actually IS a day set aside for this. I Googled and see that it's been around since 1999, but I never heard of it before and I bet most other people haven't, either. Frankly, I thought the OP made it up. My apologies if I was dismissive. Hope it was a happy day.

I was the same. With this day, and with "Steak and BJ" day. I heard a few people mention in, so I assume it was a real thing. But I never heard of it.
