Would it be irrational for a woman to get rid of her ovaries and/or her uterus in the event of a *global* abortion ban? (therapy, men)

Futurist, I don't think this is going to be a problem in your life because I can't imagine a woman wanting to have sex with anyone who thinks like you.

Thinks like me in exactly what sense, though? After all, my own views on the risk of an unplanned pregnancy are based on the views of pro-choicers such as NilaJones.
It would be irrational when simply getting one's tubes tied would prevent conception.
Actually, No, not always.

And, even if abortion was made unobtainable (this will never happen. People got plenty of abortions when it was illegal.)
Safely?

there is the option of birth control.
Which can and sometimes does fail.

A women receives hormones from her uterus and ovaries. It is better to leave them alone, if at all possible.
I am not sure about this question though. Do you fear never being able to have an abortion? Practice birth control or get your tubes tied. Or are you a guy with an odd preoccupation?
I fear causing an unplanned pregnancy and being forced to pay child support afterwards.
OP, just don't have sex with women. No one is forcing you. You can't be "forced" to pay child support if you are never in the position to impregnate a woman.
Let others decide whether they are willing to be responsible for possible consequences of sex. Since you have issues with the consequences, the easiest way would be to stop having sex with women. You don't appear to trust them, anyway.
A doctor wouldn't do it. It would be counter to good medical practice, no matter how mentally ill she was. (trans is not mental illness, I'm thinking mental illness like the OP's. The increase in risk of osteoporosis, heart disease, cancer, and the quality of life decrease. It's a sign of how deeply disordered the OP is that he would think this is something one would even suggest or consider.
