I cannot figure out if it's worth it to buy an Instant pot. I really like my slow cooker, and I love simmering soups and stews on low on the stove. Besides, I don't like a cluttered kitchen, so maybe I won't add the Instant pot...decisions decisions.
I only use mine occasionally and only then because I feel guilty that I wasted that money.
I did not consume my bagels fast enough, and lost 3 of them to mold. It is hard to get used to my sons not living with me and helping me consume food, and only having to buy enough for myself.
