OK so I broke down and actually drove to buy flowers for my front yard. I actually took them out of the car and placed them around in the yard.

Now I am overwhelmed at the idea of actually getting a shovel or spade out and digging in the dirt to plant them. This seems just too much to ask.

Using the new credit cards with the electronic chip is actually slower and more of a PIA than the old sliding your card through. Plus, unlike what the banks say, its not for our protection, its for theirs.

I know. I had to buy an RFID protection wallet. On the bright side, now I know what to get my Mom and Dad for Mother's day and Father's day.

My trip has been such a pain today. Headed home from the east coast. I got to the airport and found out my flight was delayed. Which was going to cause me to miss my connection. Then the only available flight was 90 minutes later with a proper connecting flight. Of course my first flight was also delayed for 30 minutes. And the I finally landed and found out my flight home was delayed. And to top it off. I just landed. And we are waiting because the gate isn't ready. 20 minutes and counting. Now I am getting home 3+ hours later than planned and will likely miss the last train and have to get a can the whole way home. And the reason I timed my trip for earlier was to avoid taking a cab/uber. I could have just driven myself.

Signed,
Sleepy, cranky and ready to go home

My keyboard at work has some buttons that I guess I have to hit really hard. So when I type, then look up, letters are missing. It usually catch it, but when I had to enter a password, it kept rejecting me, and I couldn't tell what was missing when I typed the password.

I got a small side of guacamole with my lunch, in a little plastic container. I discovered that it's almost all one big chunk of avocado (yuck) with only a little actual guacamole in the container.

Its been raining every day for two weeks around here, and little green lumps of mold have sprung up on my shingle roof and some outside walls. Our house is painted yellow, so it looks a little like moldy cheese.
