Is that your truck? (I'm 51, my truck has loud exhaust, jacked up a little and has big tires. also doubles as a tow for horse trailer)
You made what? (my own skin care, toothpaste, deodorant...)
I wish I wanted to spend time cooking like that (Uh I love to eat good food)
You dont look 51 (am I supposed to believe that? I think I do)
Are you a marine? (No, the tag on my truck says Marine MOM)

Why do you ask?

Katie,You are a passive entity like a bag of sand that you kick and then it wobbles and then you kick it again.
Not commonly said but said to me i thought it was funny.

I just ignore things that people say about me, I generally don't like being labelled whether it is good or bad!

My unusual physical appearance and quietness.

The innocuous but ceaseless questions about my physical appearance are torment to me. I'm sick and tired of hearing them and answering them. A constant nagging reminder. Some people treat me like I am some awkward public nuisance due to my appearance and the shy behavior that goes with it.

Most common: Does anyone else think it's odd that we never see Kelly and Supergirl at the same time and place together?

I have a chronic case of RBF so I usually get comments related to my condition such as:

What's wrong?

Smile! (I'm smiling on the inside, leave me alone!)

What happened?

Who pissed you off? (You, stop asking me stupid questions.)

I ceased caring what people think about me ... OR taking it seriously ... probably, oh, 20 years or so ago.

People, in general, assume way too much.
