"Assumption Recognition" reveals do-it-yourself conditioning.
"Believing" is the act of making your own placebos.

(albeit both are 'covert' operations)
Dorthy pulled back the curtain to see what was going on behind the scenes.

What happens when we assume and believe automatically/unaware of doing so?
We experience unbidden emotions that are consistent with our (unrecognized) beliefs.

Imagine choosing the thoughts to believe, the emotions they arouse would also be consistent with the chosen believed thoughts.

Would you take thoughts seriously if you knew what they were made of?
What are thoughts 'made of'?
Whatever 'medium' thoughts are made of; we can't see; we can only see the manifested thoughts.
So we assume formless/quantum energy, (that assumption thought). Formless is neutral per se.
A thought-image of snake is no more dangerous/harmful than the thought-image of a new born kitten.
Believing/conditioning is what fools our amygdalae to react to thought-images "as if' real.
It's time to recognize the deception we (unwittingly) perpetrate on our selves. We even let others 'fool' us by believing what they say.

There's no change before you see it.
You don't see it before you do.
You see the change 'after-the-fact'.

"Thought Evoked Emotions", seems like the enviable skill of do-it-yourself prescription to experience happiness/calm, etc.
But it's being done unrecognized/automatically without volitional choice; which accounts for so much stress, unpleasant emotions being needlessly experienced. False alarms.
Everyone using language has been conditioned to believe (some) thoughts are 'real', so we 'experience' believed thoughts, true or false.
