When I'm onstage singing. Karaoke always reminds me I'm good at something.

Feeling wind or rain on my face and through my hair.
Laughing so hard it hurts with someone I love.
Being completely surrounded by wilderness, no other humans in the vicinity.
Listening to music so incredible it gives me goosebumps inside and out.
Falling in love; and letting go.

I concur.

So few understand the simplicity itself is the aliveness to embrace.

I feel most alive when I'm on the ocean, preferably out of sight of land. Funny in that being on the ocean is when I also feel closest to God.

When I'm outside wandering with my dogs and when I'm with a group of close friends, just chatting and joking around. I am very blessed with regard to the friends in my life. Between my former coworkers, my best friends from high school, my dog sports friends and my friends in my new city, I have a lot of wonderful people in my life. Being around them is like a weird kind of high.

[quote=semiurbanite;44650901]Floating through Utah powder on a sunny day. Nothing else like it.

(that isn't me, but he's feeling it)

I forgot about skiing. There's nothing like taking a wrong turn and winding up on the bottom of a double black and watching the terrain disappear as you're skiing up to it

Yep, every inch of me was on high alert as I came screeching to a halt.

My bike ride last night and frantic attempt to make it home as a big storm was approaching gave me the same rush.

When I have our whole family doing something together.

In any group of people, particularly when I am leading that group.

On a sailboat beating under full sale with no sound but the water rushing past the hiull and wind in the sails.

Reaching the top of a mountain, cliff or tree or some other grand vista.

Sometimes in church on Sunday.

A urologist is a physician who specializes in diseases of the urinary tract and the male reproductive system. This can include diseases affecting the bladder, urethra, ureters, kidneys, and adrenal glands, along with the epididymis, penis, prostate, seminal vesicles and testes specifically in men.1

Urology is commonly regarded as a surgical specialty. There are a wide variety of different procedures that urologists carry out, such is the scope of urology as a field.

In 2013, there were an estimated 9,500 urologists in the US. This number has been projected to fall to 7,500 by 2020. It is considered to be an aging specialty; in 2012, 44% of urologists were aged above 55, 18% were aged above 65, and 8% were aged above 70.2

In a 2012 survey of 29,025 physicians representing 25 different medical specialties, however, urologists were found to be the third happiest with their lives outside of work, behind physicians practicing rheumatology and dermatology. Urologists reported an average happiness rating of 4.04 on a scale of 1-5, with 1 meaning "very unhappy" and 5 meaning "very happy."3
