It's not uncommon for someone with an embarrassing problem to ask questions and say it's their "friend" who has the problem.
Why?
For the same reasons the person asking thought it might be out of line. Because it is out of line to suggest on zero evidence that an autistic person you don't know has been stringing people along on a fabricated thread for 2 years, and that they are really the person with potentially dangerous attitudes toward women that they are talking about.

Hello?
I've been reading and responding to the OP's threads for a while. He knows me.
If I offended him, I will apologize to him.
With due respect, this really isn't your business.
Well I wanted to move out before, but may have some money problems coming up that I talked about before in a previous thread. But my brother lives at home still cause it's hard for him to support himself with his condition.
Hmmmm I looked and didn't see anything...anyway, let your parents deal w it.
Well he keeps getting worse and worse, especially the last two weeks, so I am wondering if there is anything different we can do.
Can you describe his behaviour changes and what sorts of interactions he is having outside the home? Is anyone monitoring his Internet use?
I will ask again. Firearms in the house?
