You should also consider that you might have a hidden medical issue. For example there are some heart conditions such as afib that have occasional and somewhat silent symptoms that can make you feel tired and anxious for no external reason at all. A discussion with your doctor is in order, although it will be hard to detect without a cardiological analysis.

If you experienced it, how did you figure out what is the issue and how did you solve it.
If you've ruled out a medical condition, stress and anxiety are commonplace. I've been reading a book, Hope and Help For Your Nerves, Claire Weekes; it's got a lot to offer about dealing with this.

My uncle had a hole in his heart that changed his personality. We all were kind of shocked by how he could blow his top all of a sudden sometimes, but it turns out that hole in his heart made him prone to irritability. He got it fixed a decade ago, and he's been a lot more mellow ever since. Totally nuts.

When I feel like that, I take a nap. Even just an hour of sleep helps. It's like hitting a reset button.

Start with the physical basics. Are you consuming caffeine? How much? Are you getting any exercise? Enough? Are you getting enough sleep? Eating healthy foods? Taking supplements or drugs that might be affecting your feelings of nervousness, etc.?

Often, it's just the above. So, start there. And be brutally honest. What do you drink during the day? I had a counselor ask me what I drank during the day, after telling her about my anxiety. I was, at that very minute, drinking an iced green tea - that was caffeinated. Didn't occur to me to think about the caffeine in my sugar-free, green iced tea. And I used to drink it all day long.

Sometimes it's just that simple.

Or too much sugar? Keep a log of everything you ingest. Look at not only calories but, sugar content, caffeine content, fat content, etc.

Doctors are too quick to prescribe. Diet is everything, I've learned over many years of dealing with these issues. You can't even trust all supplements, so look at those, too.
