The drive back for my family has been a nightmare. Typically a 5 or 6 hour drive from NC to GA has already taken them 10 hours and they still have 2 hours to reach where they're spending the night. Tomorrow when they get to FL, I'm guessing it'll be even worse. The storm hardly did damage where they live (east coast) and they could have waited it out in a church or shelter. At least they're safe, but back to what I said before, I'm not sure the roads are always safer
