I flip it over when I'm sick.

I'm a pillow-flipper too, and sometimes will go to bed feeling cold, only to awaken a few hours later all sweaty. This has gotten worse with age.

I think it’s more of a “physical” implication of your skin/nerves of the face wanting a cooler place to feel comfortable.

Only in very warm weather.

If it's cold, I don't want a cool pillow, I dint want a cool anything. I have a heated mattress pad.

Yep, I flip mine too, the coolness feels more comforting.

Has anyone bought one of those "My Pillows" that they sell on TV ? I am tempted to buy one. Did you like it or not ?

Since menopause kicked in. At some point if I wake, and I do pretty much every other night, I will have a hot flash and I will need to toss off the covers and flip the pillow.

It seems to me, that I used to do it every night, so maybe there is an end to the hot flashes.

I always flip my pillow to the cool side... and I usually have my window cracked open a bit to let in a breeze even if it's cold outside.
