You did. I know I’ve seen reports on this recently but also recall hearing this last year as well. There’s an article I found online in Psychology Today about the study. Intelligence is inherited from mother. Fathers who are involved in their children’s lives improve emotional stability so not exactly inherited emotions but very important to their mental well-being. I have no clue is it’s a proven theory but it’s definitely been in the news lately.
