Ambien is dangerous stuff.

There's a documentary called "Something's Wrong with Aunt Diane." It's chilling.

the cure is sobriety, then the 12 steps to work through whatever it is that's bothering you, keep your stress low, find a great way of living.
Sleep issues are a signal that there's stuff bothering you. Most of all how you treat yourself.

Yes! I was going to recommend this to the OP. I don't often partake (I currently live in a state where it's illegal), but when I do, I sleep like a baby.

I used to live in Alaska, and I agree.

It doesn't work for everyone as some people would stay up all night jabbering. But it worked for me.

Alas, now I have to rely on HGTV to put me to sleep.

Longterm use of Benedryl can cause memory issues...look it up.

I have posted quite a bit in the Alt Med area here on that "elusive sleep" and in recent months using HGH homeopathic gel and sleep is even better than ever...and so improved sleep is reprted by ALL using the HGH homeopathic gel which is transdermal. Amazing stuff.
