Who cares how he looks like or how old he is.
You are there for therapy, not flirting/dating.
Important to you should be how well is he helping your emotional issues. Eye contact is more important than looking at his lips.
Concentrate on the therapy, otherwise you're wasting yours and his time.

Forget a creep behind the mask or what their gender is. Who cares about the gender, really? And I'm pretty sure the doctor won't be an impostor. Relax.
Whilst you can see their eyes when they wear a mask, I do think you don't get the most expressions and human emotions out of them (or anybody) when they have a mask on. The mouth does show a lot of emotive and expressive signals. So I get where you're coming from.

It reads like the OP is grasping at straws looking for reasons to discredit health professionals and not get the help they need. It's important to find doctors that you trust and can work with, but some reasons are better than others.
