What age range do you consider "millennial"?

I actually am an older millennial, at least according to many online sourcesI was born in 1985, and I feel I largely don’t fit in with many people in my own age range and am very gradually developing a fear/mistrust and an aversion not only for people my own age but for younger millennials and especially kids and teenagers; I’m practically to the point of just wanting to go into hiding and say “The Hell with everything”.

I am also an older millennial (born in 1982) and I don’t feel like I fit in with people. Most people my age have kids or are married already but I’m single and childfree and sometimes people give me a ton of crap for it. I also am overweight and really struggle to lose weight. I have a pot belly. I also am not successful in a career which I am quite insecure about . I wish I had a real career.
