I have vidid memories from the years 2011-2013, yet very blurred out memories from 2014-2017 and then starting around 2018 my memories become clear cut again

You could say the same for just about any period in your life OP. Not all memories come to mind equally clearly but they're still in there somewhere. Memories tied more closely to emotions tend to be clearer.
To the OP. Not sure you're gonna get an answer here, or that a definitive answer exists. I assume you're already looked into where your life was at during those periods and what may be affecting memory accordingly?
Some of those years...you were a small child, right?
?? You were born in the early 20's? That would make you 100 years old. Or, are you saying you are in your early 20's now?
