I remember when I traveled to Brasil some of the Americans told me how earning money is not that much of a priority if you have a good life. I met Brazilians who could live as wealthy professionals in America but in Brasil their salary was extremely modest by American standards.

I myself have always had an aversion to spending money. When I was in high school I had about $1600. 00 dollars that I could not find anything to spend it on that I really cared about. It doesn't seem like a lot of money now but in those days the typical car a teenager would drive would around $100.00 or less.

PS: is the Anima still in Forteleza?

This entire thread speaks otherwise. If you don’t care what others think, why are you asking what others think about your lifestyle and money-making or lack thereof?
