I have a gorgeous coach home for sale in Punta Gorda Fl. It is a very nice town located in SW Florida. It is almost 2400 sq ft under air with a 2 car attached garage. TOO MANY UPGRADES to list. Be glad to provide any photo's or information. Over 540,000 invested, will sacrifice for 365,000 OBO

I am currently looking in your area. What is a "coach home"? I would not be interested in a home that would have a HOA fees. Where do you have photos posted?

A coach home is usually another word for a type of condo. It's commonly used in Florida to describe a home in a building with 2 or 4 units, often with its own entrance and garage. It's supposed to replace single family home living for those who do not wish to mow lawns or maintain the outside of the building. Another choice might be an attached villa, which is just one story.
