Does anyone have any recommendations for a buyer's agent for Rotonda West, Englewood and North Port areas? I am looking to purchase a foreclosure (single family home) under 100K.

No need for me to send you one, because I would say the same thing, and then get spanked for it!

How are you all doing? Haven't been on here for some time. Now please let me in on the secret response to the OP as I am in the market for a 120k or less condo. I was hoping to find a 3/2/1 in Sarasota with water views. Mission impossible?

We are looking for a pool home in the Rotonda W area, either inside or outside the circle, and would be interested in a reco for a buyers agent as well.

Who has the decoder ring on the last post? Sunshine? Foggy? BH
..anyone....

How are those 3 areas different? I'm going to be there on a house hunting trip next week and may not have time to explore all 3 areas.
